It's extremely quick and does an excellent job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums carpeted rooms quickly, and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen and hallways in just one sweep. The suction motor's 8,000pa will quickly pick up dirt, crumbs and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it encounters rugs and the dual side brushes help draw out dirt from corners.
The mopping performance is less impressive, but not by a lot. The rotating mop spins at a high speed and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, easily scraping away dirt and staining. I've also noticed that the front arms extend out slightly more than other robots, which is helpful for getting into tight corners and on baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to collect larger objects like broken toys and books.
The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mops and vacuums I've used. It is quieter and doesn't produce as much noise when vacuuming or mopping. The only drawback is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform its mopping function and is separate from the vacuum. It's easy to install and performs well however this is something you'll need to be aware of if you're buying this robot vacuum solely for the purpose of mopping.

Hold down two buttons to toggle a child lock which is a great feature for parents who are worried about their children playing with the vacuum.
Like other robotic vacuums, the X1 Omni uses its camera to identify furniture and obstacles in its path and eliminate them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system maps your home 10 times faster than conventional laser detection systems and is four times more precise at finding objects.
Unfortunately, this means that the X1 Omni can occasionally get caught up in obstacles, like a power cord draped across a rug, that it gets stuck and ceases to function until you free it. This was a rare occurrence however it was frustrating since the X1 does not have an "stuck status" alert in its application.
Another possible issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between vacuuming and mopping modes during a cleaning session.
